Hi,

I have ATS 6001S Internet telephone that I used for my Sunrocket VOIP connection. This phone has an in-built gizmo. I had to connect the internet cable directly to this phone and it worked. Now I have Lingo. Can I use this phone with Lingo? What I can do to make it work?

I have signed up with lingo and have received their gizmo, featuring effective emergency calling technologies. I think their gizmo will run finely well. Till now, I had no such problem as I had before with my SunRocket gizmo.

Most likely it's related to the SR stopping service problem. There are problems daily with this kind of operation and I'm not sure anyone's fixing them. Hopefully you can transfer to another provider unhindered by SR's halt.

Since yesterday the run light on my gizmo has started flashing red.
Yesterday sometimes the phone would work but mostly it would not. Today I don't even get a dial tone. Tried powering everything down/up but no change. QUESTION? Does this have anything to do with the current SR problem or is my gizmo bad and just a conincidence in timing.

NY Times has a story today on Sunrocket:

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/07/17/business/17sunrocket.html?_r=1&hp&oref=slogin

They have halted operations and it looks like customers will be transferred to another provider. I'm guessing Vonage but nobody knows at this point. Seems they spent too much trying to acquire customers....

I'm using this sun rocket for about 13 months. Now this Innomedia gizmo is showing blinking Red, even after repeated power off and Ons. Sun Rocket 1-800 is no longer taking customer service calls. Opened request, got reply saying with in 48 hrs somebody will respond. Is there any tech support? Or is Sunrocket bankrupt?

My Innomedia gizmo is about one year old. No problems with it til now. My RUN light is blinking red which (according to the gizmo installation manual) signifies that my gizmo "failed to download a configuration or an image file." So that's nice, but what to do? I tried the sunrocket customer service number and listened to a recording that said "we are no longer taking customer service or technical questions. goodbye" Nice, right? So i'm hoping for an email response which should come "within 48 hours." My system seems to be working but is taking forever to connect outgoing calls. So that's my 2 cents...

I had the same issue a while ago with an InnoMedia gizmo and a FIOS Actiontec router and they ended up sending me a Linksys gizmo that worked fine. I recently brought up that problem again in conversation with Sunrocket Tech Support this past week and they said they have a fix for this now.

I connected an InnoMedia gizmo to Verizon FiOS router called ActionTec, everything went as expected, lights were on and I got the dial tune. However, I got the busy signal for all the numbers I tried and finally the tech support guy told me that InnoMedia doesn't work with ActionTec. They should have let people know this issue and sent other working brands (D-link) in the first place.
